Experienced Leadership

Turning Point Home Solutions is led by owners and operators Kevin Boyer and Kristen Hansen, two professionals with decades of combined experience across construction, business management, and customer service.

Kevin Boyer

Kevin brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has held multiple state construction licenses and has worked on both residential and large-scale commercial projects. He has managed complex installations, including high-impact windows, custom aluminum fabrication, condominium enclosure projects, large foundation pours, and aluminum roof systems across areas from Marco Island to Anna Maria Island.

He has also completed hundreds of permitted pool screen enclosure rebuilds following major hurricanes and has extensive experience with pool cage repairs, aluminum enclosures, carports, and panoramic screen installations. His commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction remains a core principle behind every project the company completes.

Kristen Hansen

Kristen Hansen brings a diverse professional background that strengthens the company’s operational expertise. After moving to Charlotte County more than 25 years ago, she built a successful career in banking, including participating in two bank start-ups and developing programs that are still in place today.

Over the years she has also owned and operated several businesses, including a telecommunications company, a deli, a cleaning company, and a mortgage company. This broad experience has given her a deep understanding of business operations, construction coordination, permitting, and customer service. Kristen has extensive knowledge of permitting requirements, notices of commencement, and project organization across multiple counties, helping ensure projects stay on track and compliant with local regulations.

These services include interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, finish carpentry, and kitchen or bathroom updates. We also handle many exterior improvement projects such as screen enclosures, soffit and fascia work, gutter installation, hurricane protection products, concrete and masonry work, and landscaping services.

Additional services include impact window and door installation, flood barriers, and tree trimming, allowing homeowners to address multiple projects through one experienced provider.

Our company is deeply rooted in the community. Kevin has lived in the area for more than four decades and has spent years coaching youth football and baseball. Both Kevin and Kristen are active members of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and have been involved with numerous local organizations and community initiatives.
